All products are dispatched within 1-2 business days from receipt of order, via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed. Expedited delivery is provided by Royal Mail and can be purchased as an upgrade.

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are custom made and therefore any returns or refunds are made at the discretion of Phoenix Mixtapes.

If an order is incorrect, faulty or has been damaged in transit, photographic and written evidence must be sent to us via email. Items that have been incorrectly ordered are not eligible for any refunds. All items are to be returned at cost to buyer, and depending on the nature of the return, return postage may be refunded, again at the discretion of Phoenix Mixtapes.
