You can add up to 4 photos for the booklet and one for the disc. You can also include special messages etc. These can be sent via email info@phoenixmixtapes.com. When sending the pictures, please reference your order number.
All music playlists are produced through an AP2 licence, ensuring all necessary royalties are paid to the artists.

If an order is incorrect, faulty or has been damaged in transit, photographic and written evidence must be sent to us via email. Items that have been incorrectly ordered are not eligible for any refunds. All items are to be returned at cost to buyer, and depending on the nature of the return, return postage may be refunded, again at the discretion of Phoenix Mixtapes.
