On This Day In Music

14th April 1994

Kurt Cobain was cremated on this day back in 1994. His death certificate listed his occupation as poet, musician and his business as Punk Rock.

One of the musical greats, who died all to young at the age of 27, a significant age however, seen with other musical greats. (I expand on this in other blog posts).

I remember listening to Nirvana albums on the mighty cassette tapes on my walkman back in the late 90s.

They influenced my own guitar playing styles and introduced me slightly into the grunge fashion, though I still haven't learned to skateboard.
